1. Tap Repairs & Replacement
Dripping, stiff or leaking kitchen and bathroom taps, repaired or replaced. We work with all common types, including monobloc, mixer and traditional pillar taps, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the cheaper option.
2. Toilet Repairs & Replacement
Running toilets, faulty fill and flush valves, leaking cisterns and cracked seats. We repair what can be repaired and fit new toilets where it can’t, including swapping old cisterns for modern water-saving units.

A Real Example of Our Work
The Problem
A customer in a ground floor flat had been living with a persistent sewer smell for months. One plumber replaced a damaged pan connector but never tested to find out why it had failed. Another firm charged for an hour on-site, could not identify the cause, and quoted over a thousand pounds to investigate further. A drainage company flushed the drains, which changed nothing.
But the smell kept coming back.
What We Did
We started with a smoke test and a CCTV survey to find out where the problem actually was, rather than replacing parts and hoping. That located the fault, and it also told us why it had happened: rats had chewed through the pan connector.
The Result
We repaired the connector and fitted a rodent guard so the same thing could not happen again. The smell was gone for good.
